Fruit and Veggie Juices
Morning Greens-

Dark leafy greens such as spinach, red oak leaf, romaine, parsley, kale
- Celery
- Carrot
- Radish
- Pineapple
- Coconut Water, water, or carrot juice
Cover the blades of VM with liquid of your choice then fill blender to top with chopped leafy greens. Blend till creamy. Add 1/4 of whole pineapple chopped, 2 chopped carrots, 1/2 head of celery, couple radish and some water. Blend for 20 seconds or until done. Strain through nut milk bag (or cheese cloth or nylons), which takes less than 5 minutes. Makes approx. 1 Qt.

Cover the blades of VM with liquid of your choice then add half bag grapes, 2-3 cups watermelon, and half head of celery. Strain and enjoy.

Cover the blades of VM with liquid warm water then add 4-6 chopped apples, 1/2 lemon, 1/4″ ginger, and some cinnamon. Strain. Enjoy. This is delicious!

Cover the blades of VM with water and add 4-6 carrots and 3-5 apples. Strain.
Juice Soup

Cover blades with warm water and oil then add 3 tomatoes, 1/2 bell pepper, some cilantro, clove of garlic, 5-6 celery stalks, 3-4 carrots and blend. Strain and enjoy. Think soup!
